im not eating rice for dinner my diet

MY DInner always no rice start that this year because like to loss my weight more.by the way my body is average like be more thin,but is this okie that eat flakes and banana only.but feel like my body really need rice to eat my problem before had ulcer i don't like my ulcer back so what should i do.?what is best diet?do i need avoid rice for dinner? because really want want loss little bit weight

well friends..me to i like rice but like with me dieting he he so i think rice so important for us..here philipines everyday they well eaten rice because habit and culture too eating rice god bless

being on a diet is not a good way to lose weight.i think. you can take appropriate excercise and eat more vegetables and fruits.you konw there is no shortcut to have a good effect.

I can say is, you need to eat rice if you feel you would like. You said you are afraid to have ulcer again so go and eat rice if you want. But eating what you'd like has always the limitations of course. Just a little rice with fish and vegetable if you are in diet. More on fruits and vegetable, fish and a little pork especially avoid dairy products. To less your weight you need to set a program for yourself and make an exercise. but don't forget to follow your good diet. You will have a good figure with your regular meal but don't forget again make it a little with discipline.

well im happy my friends to receive your answer,yes well make it just descipline sometime that is not included for me my problem because if see food,eat allot.exsample im not eating dinenr but eat more allot rice then my favorite also are meat,chicken,eat more yes agree with you i think need self descipline,continue my weight lefting have nice day my friends...

Reduce the size of your meals and eat 5 to 6 times a day. I love rice and for a long time ate regular rice. I switched to brown rice, as it is better for you, and it tastes a little different but not bad. I am use to it now and don't have any thoughts about it. Exercise, will make you sore if you do to much to quick. If it's to painful, we will not do it. Stretch well before and after, keep a written record of how much weight your using, if you are doing weights, and either increase the weight or the number of reps when it gets too easy. Also legiments and tendons are slower to develop than muscle, don't move too heavy weights too quickly. If you are too sore you could do more harm than good, skip the workout but do some stretching, or walking until the soreness is reduced enough to continue the weights. Muscle is built outside the gym, not inside. Take in enough fluids, and get plenty of sleep so your body can regenerate. Also having a workout partner and a diet partner are great for motivation. Good luck, and have fun exercising.Make little changes at a time to your diet, make it healthier, make it a perminate change, or you will bounce right back to your old habits and old weight.

hello my lotting,im happy answering my question,yes sore if do first time work out,that reason balancing do work out like stretching and some weight lifting,oic was try brown rice need to loss my weight,because if your body changes u feel hard to the things before u make it,stop my work out for almost 7 months so start again now,but anyway im happy to receive your response

Loosing weight is simple maths.."Burn more calories than what you eat" Even if u have rice then it is not a problem. Make sure you burn more calories indulging in activities that burn more calories then you can afford eating rice.. Banana again is something which is not recommended when u are on weight loss program. If u have time workout and also catch up with an dietcian at the gym and take a proper written weight loss program from him/her.
