give me my kidney back

i just heard the dumbest story. there is a man who was married and donated his kidney to his wife. well they later got divorved and he's fighting in court to either have his kidney back or 1.5 million if she won't give the kidney back. people are nuts.

Some story, fat chance he'll get it back or paid for it either. He donated it, it was a gift. Next time he wants to sell an organ he'd better draw up a bill of sale.

true, donated means gift. no way he's entitled to money now that he's angry with the other person

That man and his lawyer need to look up the definition of the word "DONATE". You can't sue to get it back. That is just ridiculous.

He's not asking for the kidney back...he knows that's impossible...but he is asking for the money you stated. This is just another example of an ugly divorce and one party using whatever stupid excuse he can come up with to extort money out of the other party. Some folks have no class.
