IAM single too,but it doesn't matter.
And if you don't have a boyfriend, you can call your girlfriend or colleagues with you .....

i am single too...
i think the worst part is when there is holiday in colg and most of my friends go out with their loved ones...
but at the same time i think it is better to be single than having such relationship which i can't carry out forward after college life...
best of luck for the real couples though..

ya...I don't like it either. I'm old and I have gone in and ordered on with my handy dandy great book. I didn't really like it. I"ll get take out rather than do that. For me a restraunt is to enjoy a meal with a friend or friends when you don't have time to cook for them. Or it is a date. I don't know...it's just not something, I do alone. Alone, I usually make peanut butter and jelly...not these days tho.

The worst part is that you will have nobody to speak to, nobody to accompany you anywhere, nobody to appreciate your good works. So, you feel completely lonely.
But there are also advatanges of being single. Those advantages include that you can always be absolutely who and what you are.

Frederick, I dont really seem to call anyone. Noone seems to call me. I do feel completely lonely. I am 27 and live with my mom and dad in the suburbs. My mom is a loving mother and a stay at home mom. She unfortunately a paranoid schizophrenic (undiagnosed) which is sad. Also since my parents are my roommates and they arent very fun, I pretty much feel alone. I really wish I could live in the city where there are so many more opportunities to enjoy fun activities, meet diverse people, and feel much less alone even when you are. Being unemployed and isolating myself is not good. I am always who and what I am no matter what. Lies are what got us into this ecoomic mess. Being true to myself and believing in doing what is right is how I got myself into this mess. Am I going off topic? Oh well, at least I have my cat Molly. She is too cute.

I am 22, soon to be 23 and I've never been in a relationship either. It is considered abnormal but don't worry about it. I always say I was born single so perhaps I was meant to die single. I am not saying I wouldn't want to have a girlfriend, because I would but I don't let it bring me down.

im 19 and im single....i dont feel any un comfort when im single..i luv my single's life...but it happens to me that when all of my friends left me and started going with their girl friends...i have an incident- five of our friends went out for a theme park...4 of them have their girl friends, im the only person single in that group...my friends enjoyed their life , enjoyed their rides in the theme park with their pairs, but i was dis appointed that i dont have a girlie ...this was the worst part...this happens to me rarely in movie halls...

You are not alone!I'm single too.
I think the worst part of being single is stay at home alone.When I stay at home after work,nobody talk with me,every friend has their own life,the feeling of lonely make me depression.
But now I find mylot is a good place to chat with many friends that comes from different countries.I wish we have good memory on the friendship road in the future.

The worst part of being single for me was not only the overall feeling of loneliness, but not having someone to talk to at night after the kids went to bed. I think I watched more t.v. when I was single than I did any other time in my life. I would even fall asleep with it on so I didn't feel so alone.

i think the worst part of being single is feeling like ur not being loved by anyone...when ur single u always says to ur self i why am i single no one loves me no one wants to be wit me is there something wrong with me y am i still single...so yea i think thats the worst part of being single not feeling loved :D

Eating alone is not that bad. Seeing your love interest in others hand is what makes it worst. I am single & that adds more complexity to the fact that I cant have my love interest.
