Since I'm a girl...I may suggest you to give your girlfriend three long stem of WHITE ROSES that connotes the three letter word "I Love You". White? because the color white signifies purity and by giving it to your girlfriend tells her of your pure and undying love for her.

It depends on how long you have known her but I always think her favourite perfume or cds are nice and obviously jewellery if you can afford more
