Whenever the place is crowdy,i dont speak very loud, that i have to control the tone of my voice coz i might distract others.I feel shame also whenever im having a loud voice coz some people will look at you and you will be the center of attraction.I have some friends also who speak louder in public.I dont see it as a good one except if there is a need to louder your voice especially if you are saying something important but hard to hear due to many people talking.

Franklly speaking, i do not like the guys speak loudly in a crowd.it's unbred. I really admire their confidence, they just are on their way, never care about what other think. I usuarally wisper and i think the listener can hear what i said ,that's enough. I live cautiously. Before i getting down to anything, other's response is the first thing into my mind.If the response is negnative, i'll stop. Thus, most people like me, i never annoy anyone, but i do not like myself, sometimes, i hate myself.

HI, I usually don't yell in a public. My friends tell me i have a very very feeble voice, so even if i talk/ shout at the person next to me, its like a secret rendered, they say to get aloud.. :D. But trust me, i have a moderate voice only, i don't know why they find problem in hearing my voice, I guess they are deaf [lol]:D :p. To answer your discussion , yes it is unwise to talk aloud in a public, it is a sign of indescency / public non-sense! Few people will yell in a public to show-off, few other people have the ability to switch their voice tones according to the environment. So it is advisable to move smoothly in a public.. Take care:)
