What do you think about the service of Cebu Pacific Airlines?

I hate it. It's been 6 months now and I still hadn't gotten my refund of the ticket I bought online. The hot line person keeps saying he'll follow it up with the accounting department but still no news. Even the email address of the accounting department is non functional. I though I was the only one but apparently there has been a lot of complaints online in various blogs. From delayed flights to poor service, my experiences with this airline is all negative. Next time I'm flying, I'm flying with PAL.

It's the same thing that happen to me, and I'm waiting for almost a year now for the P60,000 refund I am waiting. They gave me a number in their manila office but the number doesn't seem to work and is always busy, and every time I contact their office here in Cebu, the customer service always tell me that they will follow up and inform their office in Manila. I don't know what's wrong with their system or office, they are stupid.

Naku .... we also have a hard time refunding tickets via Cebu Pacific ... good luck ... hope it turns out alright in the end

for me uhm, i never encounter problems with the cebu pacific.. unlike PAL one time got a problem of my flight just because i used my friends credit card.. really a hassle for me because theyre asking me to swipe again a credit card.. really bad.. i guess about your problem i guess you should visit the nearest office bout it. I really don't rely on hotlines and call centers theyre pissing me off. hehe

PAL is improving its services already and also it is competing with Cebu Pac's cheap fares. I guess, you have to put in writing your complains. Goodluck with this. I have done this with globelines (though this is quite different) but they have acted upon it.

hi the nextnoel, i fly both PAL and Cebu Pacific. Based on my own experience, I have not encountered anything bad with both airlines, though if I have to compare the two, I should say the pal is more professional in their dealings, the airline staff, on-time schedule (so far, again from my experiences). my other sisters always complain about the late or the delayed flights of cebu pacific. When in comes to refund, they do really come late as the processing takes time and its not their priority, i suppose. But 6 months is already too long! You may want to follow-up by calling direct the accounting dept? Don't settle for the local or the number alone, ask for the right person to look or call for. Or ask for a fax number and keep sending them your follow-up via fax. Hope this helps. =)
