why dogs like to bite his tail?

dog bitting his tail - why is he biting his tail??

is it because of itchy? or trying to touch something he feel proud. or is it a dancing technique?

well, im not a dog lover..but but but..i i i i..think thats because its itchy..hehe..or something bite their tail like flees..haha lols..or they just want to do it..
