Trying to find legitimate PTC sites...thoughts?

I've been searching the web for sites where people review or recommend sites. I came across a list of good and bad someone made here: http://mandysites.weebly.com. I've checked out the sites shown here, and they seem good. Plus, I can verity that the sites listed as not paying are definitely not paying...I've gotten burned by several of them. Hate it when that happens! Anyone know specifics about any of the recommended sites here before I waste my time clicking away? I'm tired of getting scammed. Also, I'd love to know any additional recommendations any of you have. Thanks!
