any couch potato out there?

my mom thinks i'm a couch potato but i only spend about 4 hrs in front of t.v. is that a couch potato? share to me what you watch. me i enjoy watching football, soccer, basketball, poker, series like numbers etc.

Am i couch potato? Cause i spend many many hours in front of my computer,and less in front of TV,and then on bed.
