i usually take a nap in the afternoon... the sad thing is.. i fell always a sleep even if its not afternoon.. especially if im stress.. what are those tips that can help me.. minimize my naps

I like sleeping and taking naps. When I am tired I just doze off and when I wake up I feel good and refreshed, ready to take on the world again. Cheers!!

The most critical component of relieving stress and sleeping is, in my opinion, getting adequate exercise. Choose an activity and do it regularly. Like daily, as religioiusly as religion. Some folks run because it's easy and cheap. Swimming is excellent, tennis or badminton are fun but require a partner. Jumping rope is good because you can do it indoors. A lot of people love Yoga as an excellent way of getting exercise and relieveing stress. Try one or all of these things and find some more if you like, but make your 2009 resolution getting as much exercise as you can fit in. You'll find you sleep better, but it won't be such a big deal because exercising energizes you and you won't need as much sleep. Good luck!
