what is the exception to this rule?

lol =D It's very simple.. It's just about being flexible.. lol =D RUles are made by ple.. Thus, rules can be broken.. RUles can be changed at the apporiate time, and rules are not forever.. They can change along with time too.. lol =D If there are no exception to rules, i guess, in this world, be it in school or working, one would have been expelled or sacked just because of one mistake.. lol =D
