I need a good laptop that runs Windows XP...

Hi, I am planning to buy a new laptop. But the problem is that all major brands are offering Windows Vista with it. My friends say that if I have a graphics card in my laptop, games and HD media will run better in Windows XP than as of Windows Vista. But I do not see any brand that offers Windows XP with it. My requirements are 2GB Ram, 256/512 MB Graphics card, Wireless LAN Modem, Bluetooth. Links are most welcome. Regards, AJ-Rox

I think they say the offer windows vista because it is in fashion. They don't say they offer windows xp not because they don't but they think it out of fashion. If you tell them you want windows xp, then they will install what you want for you.

better do a market research of all products available in the market.Do not take advises from your friends unless it is proved in his case.Take your own decision

HP is selling computers right now with XP "Downgrades." I'm not sure if they're laptops or desktops, but if you go to their site, you can find out.

That's not a prblem bro.. 'Coz you can asks the seller to install the software Windows XP instead of Windows. Because that's what i did when i bought my laptop. Because i am much familiar with Windows XP.
