I'm white and no I'm not afraid of black people. I live in the inner city and we have a ton of black people and now it is some white and then hmong and mexicains and so on. The kids are not so good but then there kids. You can't be afraid because of color. The rest of my family is black and white. My Mom and my sister and my son and I are the last of the white people all most in my family. My nefew say's this He hates everyone. not just white or black.

Hello GAGAN187! Actually, I'm not really scared of black people. I even don't know at first that they were stereotype as bad. I have known some blacks and they were real nice people so I got shocked when others thought of them as bad.

To me people all people are equal and I like black people. I have a friend that is black and I met her at my Spanish class. In my college days I had lots of black friends and when I worked in an office I had a black friend. I am very keen on traveling and have been to Kenya. The people there are black because they live in a hot country. If such a person moves to another part of the world he or she deserves respect. My home country is multi cultural I am pleased to say. It has black people, Chinese people and Indian people. It has so man different faiths. I hate to find that racism exists anywhere. It is perhaps ignorance and I once taught a black girl from Martinique and a black boy from Barbados, all the other children in my class were white. I read good quality picture books to build respect and understanding attitudes towards black people. Personally I know black skin is beautiful and great under the sort of tropical sunshine that I adore.
