Emotional 12 year old..What do I do?

I have been a mami for 18 yrs, My 18 yr old daughter is away in school now.
But noI have a 12 yr old daughter and as any parent knows no child is the same.
They all have differebt personalities and can surprise a parent if your not on your toes.
Every year I am a new mother because I have to deal with something new every year.
Well My 12 yr old just screams she no longer talks she screams & cries.
If my 14 yr old son teases her she will not talk for about 30 minutes then when u ask her a question e never answers you, she cries and screams out what her brother teased her about.
How many of you have experienced a child like mine?
and what do I do?

She is probably going through a sensitve age, i was very sensitive when I was at that age, sometimes it is good to talk to them, and i mean sit them down and talk about life and feelings and growing up but then their are kids you just have to sit back and wait for them to grow out of it...it all depends on what sort of a relationship you have with her...maybe a woman to woman talk..i guess all this sort of thing is just life when you have kids...
