How do you organize your freelance writing assignments?

I've been using print-out's from ebook, The Organized Writer's Sidetracked Planner, for years and, in addition to that, I use a notebook, my daily planner, and a large desk calendar. I've been told that I'm "hyper organized" when it comes to these practices, but it helps me keep on top of things and it prevents me from forgetting anything.
What works best for you? Do you use notebooks, computer software, worksheets, or . . ??
