I see a lot of discussions about how people want to know how they can write articles, or find freelance writing leads to earn extra cash. So, I'm wondering how many "career" freelance writer are using this site? And, I'm also wondering why so many people just want to earn extra money with their writing . . . why not make this career move?

I have several income streams which contribute to a healthy weekly paycheck. My two main jobs are freelance writing and trading commodities, but I also belong to many other sites which have very small payouts. Over time, those small payouts add up well. Persistence pays if you have patience, so long as those smaller paying sites are reputable. I am working on a college degree, so the part time work suits me.
