Dieting for the new year?

How many have started a diet with the New Year? I started one and have been very good at sticking with it. I've actually surprised myself that I have stuck with it this long. Two weeks into the new year is a long time for me to really stick with one of New Year resolutions. This year I am going to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise. My hubby and my best friend are doing this too. I think that may be what is helping me. My diet is eating no snacks and counting calories. I've cut out drinking any soda pop, I only drink water (lots of water) and juice. I am eating lots of veggies and fruit. How about you and are you sticking with it?

Diets don't work for me. Exercise does so that is my new years resolution. Do alot more walking than I have been doing. I've been slacking off past few months and gained weight as a result. So far, been walking every day outside, even in the snow.

I have realized that after years of saying I am gonna loose weight and not doing it I was setting my self up for failure. So now I tell my self I am gonna gain lots of weight and that way I am not disappointed when it dont happen and I loose weight instead. Iknow its totally backwards and all but it works lol. Really it does.
