I love cake very much. But i have no idea about making of this. I like chocalate cake very much. My mother prepare it for me. Because she is very strict against buy it from the market. Because we are pure vegetarian and she thought that if we buy the cake from the market. They mix the egg in this. So what do you think about this.

I do bake cakes myself or buy them. Baking a cake is not difficult as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Mostly, cakes from the market have eggs in them, so your mother is correct. However, there are recipes for cakes for vegetarians and vegans without those ingredients. Here is a recipe I just found for one you can try to make: Vegan Chocolate Cake 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour or rice flour 1 cup white sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 cup water Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 1 loaf pan. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add the oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Mix until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

My mother used to make rehrucken, a dense chocolate cake with an apricot glaze under a thick chocolate ganache frosting, with slivered almonds on the top. It's insanely good, but even though I'm using her recipe it doesn't quite match up to the way she made it. :(
