Do you engage in self-care?

I'm a mother of four and, to be honest, there are days when caring for myself seems like too much of a task after tending to everything else that needs to be finished. There are other days, though, when I carve out time when it is devoted just to me. I know that, when a mother cares for herself properly, then she is able to care for her family better. It's hard for me to place focus on myself like that, though, without feeling selfish. I'm getting better, though. Do you engage in self-care? My self-care includes pleasure reading, creating art, and writing leters. In addition, I care for my body with exercise, healthy eating, and home facials. What do you do when you engage in self-care?

yes...earlier i used to neglect too much...but after having some minor health problems i started doing Yoga regularly...i wake up a little earlier n spend 1 hour i the morning alone doing it....without being disturbed by the daily chores...this has improved me a lot...healthwise also and mental peace too...it also brings natural glow on the face, so beauty too added...all in one..
