I was shocked in neobux when i saw

I logged to my neobux account moments ago and saw a message that mentioned about failed login attempt which was not by me. Unfortunately that was not the password there but it was the password of my email account. Now i have changed all my passwords to unique ones for different sites and email accounts i have.. I have attached the screenshot of the message that appeared, the IP is logged in that failed login attempt.

Hello minfas! Good for you that your account was not hacked. Do you have any idea who did it? I think you can identify it by the IP address. I am scared for that to happen to me. I just hope it won't.

I have no idea of who did it. But the IP logged in that failed login attempt is from Israel. You can track IP's here http://aruljohn.com/track.pl

The site i mentioned displays a mail id to report abuse from that IP. Maybe i should try contacting them. Have anyone succeeded by making complaints like that...??

I sent an email to the address that was mentioned in that site to report abuse. I will post here when i get any reply.
