I just had the best customer service from Metro Wear!

My son wanted Playboy lounging pants for Christmas and I ordered them off Amazon from Metro Wear. Well, when they came the buttons weren't sewn on so I did it and they were a little smaller than an XL should be. They also arrived the day after Christmas. So I told them I wasn't very happy about it but at least I figured I got the pants. To be fair, I ordered them on the 19th and they had to be shipped from China! And my son has lost a lot of weight and the pants will be comfortable in about 3 weeks if he keeps doing as well as he has (he's turning into quite a babe magnet!). Tonight I got a call from the Metro Wear and they told me they were refunding half the shipping and giving me a $5 credit on Amazon and would that make me feel better? Heck, YES!! They were nice pants, my son got other things to open on Christmas day and the pants were held up in customs, not the company's fault. And now I have $14 I didn't have before! Well, I have to tell you all that this is a really good company to deal with! I rarely come across anyone like this, even the big retailers. Most people don't really care once they have your money but I'll do business with Metro Wear again!

I am glad to hear that they were concerned with making you a happy customer. The refund will come in handy I am sure. Good to hear that there are still companies out there who care about good customer service.

They send their merchandise from China so I assume that's where they are. Companies here in the United States should take a lesson from them!
