Snore. How do you deal with it. Do you try and wake them and tell them to roll over or do you ignore it and try to get some sleep. Me I first try and wake him and tell him that he needs to roll over, but sometimes that doesn't work. Then I just try to block out the snoring to get some sleep. But sometimes I really don't have that problem when I am really tired.

Yes, he does. And it annoys him a little and I think it's because before I told him that he was the only one in his immediate family, who didn't snore. It makes me laugh a little, when he gets upset over this.

I is. Even I start laughing, it annoys him a little more, which then makes me laugh more, ... and it goes on. I never understood why it bugs him so much.

Oh my gosh! LOL My husband snores so loud sometimes I try to ignore it at first, but if I can't go back to sleep then what I do is tell him to roll over. It normally helps when they roll over lol. I've learned though I can get so much better sleep if I go to sleep before him though cause when I hit the pillow I'm out. So when he goes to sleep I don't hear him snore.

Lol, I've tried that seriously, but he makes so much noise it wakes me up then I'm left without any sleep. Yeah sometimes it does work when he rolls over, but sometimes its like really hard to even get him to wake up and roll over. Lol.

My ex used to snore terribly and he kept me awake on many nights. I used to try to fall asleep before he did. My current husband snores every once in awhile if he's laying on his back and I do what you do, nudge him and tell him to roll over. He usually cooperates so there's no problem.

Yeah thats when my husband normally snore also when he is on his back. Most of the time when he rolls over the snoring will stop.

Let me tell ya. My wife snores up a storm! Well she's been doing better lately. Well I told my wife about the problem when she's awake. I have a hard time waking her up because I don't want to disturb her. So when she did snore in bed I would just go and sleep on the couch. Than my wife would get upset because I didn't wake her. Since I've told her she sleeps on the couch because she wants to make sure I get enough sleep for work. And since right now she's not working because we only have one car. But sometimes it's gets lonely in bed now and well I miss her sleeping next to me. Luckily she's been losing weight and I'm not saying that to be mean or anything. But since she has her snoring has gone down to hardly anything. She only snores when she has a cold. So I think her snoring had something to do with her weight. Because her father snores too and he has that sleep apea and she's worried she'll get it. OH and sleep apea is when you stop breathing in your sleep from the lack of oxygen. Lack of oxygen because of too much fat in the back of the throat. Her father got tested for it. You may want to look into it.

I might have my husband do that. But I think his issue because he's been over weight to, but he's been losing weight as well. Its lessen a bit, but I think now the main culprit cause he has a cold or he's just tired.
