Walmart Customer Service

I was in walmart tonight with the kids and this lady was at customer service with her little daughter she had bout a guitar hero guitar and accesories,This was her second time there because the box did not have the game in it, so they sent her to the back she got a new one. She looked in it and there was not game in that..... Wellthe lady was getting on the phone to call to have them check all the boxes, and the lady helping me was from electronics taking back cell phone I will tell you all about that in another post. Anyway....She went over and looked at them both and said "it says right here on the box,game not included" DUH!!!! Do people read anymore? I am shocked that a walmart employee was not paying attention. I worked at walmart and the preach over & over pay attention! My kids would have saw no game included. This is why when you go in walmart and the customer service line is long this is exactly why! has anybody ever experienced someone holding up the line only to be the one thats the idiot and the store not be at fault?
