Mail Problem in computer

There is many systems in my company bt one of them has create problem at the time of sending mails.when we send mail from that computer, at the the time of mail sending it shows in outbox but its continue showing the mails in outbox but in actual the mail has send.after sending the mail it not show that mail in sent items and conitnue showed the mail in outbox.Due to this problem one mail has send many times to all sender. I hav checked the all setting and i hav changed some settings but the problem is still.I m facing this problem only with one domain account.Pls give me the suggestions what should i hav to do to solve it......

i m using ms-outlook 2003 and microsoft outlook both .i have tried in both of them but problem is still same.thanks....

Try this:
1. Load Outlook
2. Set to Work Offline (File Work Offline)
3. Close Outlook
4. Delete the message on your Outbox
5. Uncheck Work Offline

Hey i think you are using outlook, I think reset the settings to default and try sending the mails.

Do you have firewalls? And about antivirus try to check if
it is scanning outgoing mails, if it is try to turn this off
as well as the firewall just for sending mails. And also do
you have a webmail for the domains? If you have try to use
it if it will also send multiple mails to recipient then maybe
there is a problem with the mailservers or if not try to contact
Microsoft since Outlook is their product.

This problem has also been with me. I have tried to open the inbox and the inbox does not open at all. I think it may be because ofthe virus. Most computer problems, whether it is mailing problem or something else, it is because of viruses.

Actuly i dnt hav face any problem like this.My problem is this,Sometime one of the domains mail has not sent and sometime mail has sent bt not show in sent items and continue shows in outbox,bcoz of this every mail of that domain i have to send many times and the receiver is shouting that why are you sending same mail many times.i hav run antivirus many times and i have also changed the outlook also and i have formatted that system also bt the problem is still.thanks for ur suggestion..pls send more suggestion regarding this problem.....

I think your domain account doesn't support your mail software. Try using other mail software like DreamMail or any other.
