love this game. I really feel I'm very rich and powerful enough to build my lots and build houses. The game play is actually very easy but it will really teach you on proper budget management. It is also a very good strategy game as you need to think of strategies of how to attain your goals. If you don't have money, you can opt to sell some of your properties and then buy smaller ones. You also get to think if the location is appropriate, just like in a real estate business. The graphics and images are simple yet effective. It also does not require that high PC specs. Though this game is for older kids, my kids still enjoy

I am a big fan of this type of game and i simply love this game. I think we can get this game from "reflexive aracade". I also like "Age of empires", "Age of titans", and many other games. At present i am playing "GTA[Grand Theft Auto]" it is really nice i have completed all the stages and i think i will soon complete the whole game.

Is GTA a car racing game? I heard so much of it but I am not that familiar of it. If it's cars, I don't think I would be on that because my kids are all girls and they are not fond of cars so much:-) as of now.

GTA is not car racing game.
It is like stealing and doing the works of Gangsters in the city.

Yes, I know. It's just that my hands are too full these days that I have already small time to play pc games. I wonder what the latest sequel looks like. There maybe more house designs and lot designs available. When I start to play, I tend to get addicted that I really can't stop and that will be trouble with my kid because I'll eat her precious time to use my pc:-)
