I know this is a repeated subject, but I read through all the previous ones and none of them addressed my problem. I went to the runescape website to update my account. I wanted to pay through paypal. So I click on paybycash because I read that was the way to pay when your paypal wasn't verified. after that I clicked on paypal express, and then it took me to the paypal page. however it still told me to add a credit card, but I have 20 dollars in my account, and I was only trying to pay 8 dollars... help??

What is quite strange: http://tinyurl.com/82v95h Had to use tinyurl because i couldnt past and the rs url was waaaaaaay too long! The mod overthere says that it IS possible using the paybycash thing and that was on january the 2nd!

this is maddening. I'm going to send a support ticket to them and hope that they respond... because I'm pretty sure that it wouldn't change between jan. 2nd and now. it's been like 10 days. and thank you for posting!

mehh.. I sent a query in this morning, and I have a response. PayByCash no longer accepts unverified Paypal payments, so now I have money in my paypal for no reason xD but i'm sure I'll find it useful someday.

Maybe it is still possible to use e-check??? It takes a while but maybe that will work!

i think you need to add a card i'm sorry i don't think there is a method of doing that
