do you sleep with lights on?

As for me,i can sleep both,whether the light is on or off.But i mostly prefer a dim light in my room.It makes me sleep well.Have a good day!

I also do the same. I cannot sleep with the lights on. I like it when its dark. It seems that when the light is on, I feel that its still morning and I cannot really sleep well.

no can't sleep with lights on i am always sleep with only a zero wtz bulb on or in a very little light.......

I sleep with lights off because like you, i can't sleep with lights turned on. It kind of gives a glare which annoys my eyes so i'm having difficulty putting myself to sleep. I like my room dark but not pitch black wherein i can't see a thing. I want it just enough not to create a glare.

Hi frnds, I don't like when iam sleeping with lights on.I never sleep with lights on. It will disturb me,uncomfortable to me,no habbit to me. I always a sleep with silence,peaceful in my bedroom. "Have a nice day"

i can sleep in any condition.......i dont bother abt the lights...once i close the eyes and start forgetting abt me, thats all then i will forget the whole world and start sleeping....this is a kinda habbit ,that im following since my child hood. during night period i use a night lamp or colored bulbs to get sleep..but i dont bother even if there is a bright visible light...that kinda person im.....

I can sleep with lights on but its real uncomfortable as you say. It may wake me up throughout the night. I know my son can't sleep with lights on or he won't even go to sleep.

hi frirnds i sleep when the lights are turned off.and its really very unforgetabble sleeping when the lights are on.i feel some disturbance when the lights are on and i feel them direct on my eyes.i prefer sleeping when the lights are off with blankets covered till my neck. bye!!!!!!!!!

I never sleep with lights on unless I have watched a horror movie. if we sleep with lights on, then we would not get any sleep at all. But if I watch a horror movie, then the question of sleep does not arise because of the nightmares which are bound to occur.
