I have no idea, since I don't live in Cebu.
I'm actually here to ask the questions. Why do you want to live in Cebu? Why do you like it here in the Philippines?
It's a little amusing to see foreigners actually relocate in our country, of all places.
And--oh yeah, I live in Manila, so--yes, I am a Filipino.

There are several reasons i moved to Cebu. Financially in the UK for a 1 bedroom apartment where i used to live costs around P8million.I have a good salary so im taxed 45% on my earnings in the UK, have high petrol, electric, gas costs and all of the above have extra taxes aswell as local taxes for police etc. which is around another P120,000 per year. So my monthly expenses in the UK average at around P150,000 but in the Philippines i can live on P200,000 per year easily. So i work in the UK get my car and hotel expenses paid by my employer. Then when work finishes i head back to Cebu. Giving me the best of both worlds.
Also the climate its been snowing lately in the UK and being in Cebu i have spent most of the winter in shorts and T shirts instead of coats and trying to defrost the car at 6am to goto work.
Its a huge list of reasons to relocate and very few to stay in the UK. With the recession now in full swing in the UK im looking at maybe stopping the whole year in Cebu and studying instead. So i can get a better job next year as i know its going to be difficult otherwise.
