Do you think there are too many brain-training games these days?

You know, like sudoku puzzles, crossword puzzles and so forth? I know there's enough of them on DS. I can't imagine somehow going out of their way to buy one of those games the day they're released.

These games have been coming a lot nowadays because of the success Brain Age had in this genre. However, now that more and more people are making games in this genre, gamers are going to start looking for alternate games.

Well, Brain Age was good, I admit. It seems like a lot of the DS library is made up of brain-training games, cooking games and other shovelware.

Brain age does enjoy me, but I agree that having some other types of games would be fun aswell. I enjoy the type of puzzle and brain training games a lot myself so I don't have as much trouble with it as some people may have. Allthough I do think too much of one thing is never good. It's why I got rid of my PSP because there were so many violent games which I didn't enjoy.
