What is your talent ?

Yes. That's right! But I think it is hard to find out one's talent. I don't know my talent. It seems that I am weak at everythings I do. And it seems that there is not a way to find out one's talent easily. You know, sometimes, interest doesn't necessarily mean talent.

Wow, your lucky you know how to play chess...I don't really know how to. My talent is more on like creative things..like singing, dancing, art, drawing and stuff like that.

I have many talents... Some may say im so proud... but actually because of my talents, i learned to be DOWN TO EARTH... I love to sing and my talent is singing. I can sing in high pitch and also low pitch do improvisation like RnB and ballad song. I won several idol competition when i was in college 1st year and karaoke competition during our new year party. I dont take any vocal lesson before... i practice it bymyself, just by listening famous singer album for many times, try to breath properly by looking at their videos in youtube, and how they make such vibration. If i have time, i do really wanna join vocal lesson by this mid of the year. I know how to draw and making mozaic. From drawing, i won several contest when i was in kindergarten, elementary, and junior high. I actually love to design clothes- or fashion design... I love fashion. im gonna design for Indonesian student tshirt for our independence day this year. I love to learn many foreign languages. Instead english, I know basic conversation in Korean "hangukmal", japanese "niponggo", taiwanese "mandarin", filipino "bisaya" and little "tagalog". and my main language is Indonesian, because im born indonesian. If i meet person from those country, i can easily get closer to them and learn more languages from them... and its FREE. I love to cook cake. Im pretty well know how to cook sponge cake and brownies. im learning how to make tiramissu, but i have no time for it. Maybe when i go back to my hometown... hopefully. I love to play piano and violin. I know how to play basic piano, organ, and keyboard.Im learning violin. im just starting it december 2008, and i just join some group performance in end of december. Im quiet faster to learn particular music instrument... Im still beginner, but i wonder, my teacher allow me to learn very difficult pieces... for me its difficult at first, but i know i can strive with it. I love to write... i like to make short story and journals. Thats the reason why i love to write in mylot.com. Since there will be person who read my writing, and its paid... so my words are really worthy! Im still learning english- im not good in english. Thats why, maybe my words are little messy for its use. anyway, i always give my best idea in every discussion and comments. Have a nice day.

HEHEHHE i dont know but i think i am one of those people who has no talent. that is very true and with all honesty. i can not sing nor dance,write or . i know nothing about sports etc. so basically i dont have a talent

Funny...a couple of mos ago I was just wondering about what talent I have. I watch my 2 young daughters develop and enjoy their talents as artists. I was like what the heck is my talent? Then one day my older daughter asked me to teach her how to make a poem for her homework. I was like OMG! that's it. That's what i'm good at i thought. I used to make a lot of short and long poems since grammar school. Why did i stop? Too occupied with a lot of things in my family life I guess. I then showed my poem collection to my daughter years ago. She was impressed and proud of Mommy :)

actually my talent is upon what i prefer best to do and can be utilize in my future.....thats what i do is as an CHEF..... if you want what i can do as an chef then see pictures of cakes.......... there is name written in them............ hahhahahaha

Well I do have few talents that Iv been told I'm pretty good at I can sing little and draw also sculpt and knit without needles lol.

i am proud to say that i am talented!huh....heheheh im a theatre member,.know how to Act, little dancing and singing..also im good in Drawing and painting. A Orator champion and an artist of the year way back High school and college....

I'm interest in latin dancing and writting,Although I don't konw if both of them are my talent.In the school I acquired some performance on the stage and won awards. Whatever succeed,I'll insist on doing it.I enjoy the process of make effort.

Yes Ajith you are right. Every one has some talent.Each person having some good thing in himself/herself and teach us new thing.I always learn new things from each person, always try to find out good talent from others. About me i very good in handicraft, actually i m a moody person so i do drawing, singing, making best from waste, good communication these are all my talents and its depends on mood. For others, i always admire others talent and tell them they are having this to increase their conficence.

To be frank, I do not confirm what i am good at.If i must find out one,even if the learning ability of the language is not too bad.I remembered that I have understood a dialect after I have lived in another city for one months. But i don't think the ability is very good.

I think it is great that you have a talent for playing chess. I learned my talent while in school. I have a talent for writing. It was first discovered when I was in grade 4. I have kept it alive all these years by practicing and writing various articles, poetry, and books.

For me, my talent is in music. I feel that music is just such a unique way to express oneself, a situation, an experience etc. with words (lyrics) coupled together with a melody. And coupled with that talent and gift that God has given to me is the passion to learn musical instruments to "make" music. I started learning the piano since I was a child, but I stopped at Grade 7 because I felt that I was being restricted to all those piano pieces, scales and sight reading for the exams that I hardly have time to learn classical or contemporary music out of the exam material. Good thing that I stopped, because later I felt much more free to play the piano how I want to play it. When I volunteered to play for church, little did I know that it would be the stepping stone for me to develop my skills and talent in playing by ear. Now I can play almost any tune that I have heard before (provided it's not too hard, of course! ). But something inside me told me that learning one musical instrument is not enough, so I started taking up guitar from my friends. I did struggle at first with all the fingering and pain (pressing those steel nylon strings), but eventually I mastered the basics and I can strum quite efficiently. Now I'm still learning to master plucking, but it's really difficult as the fingering needs a lot of coordination. In the future, I'm planning to learn the violin and maybe the saxophone.....

It's real nice to have a talent and a talent can be anything that you are good at. I can type so I guess I consider this to be a talent! I also love computers, taking them apart and reassembling them and so forth, I guess this is also a talent. It's great that you have a talent in chess! I have played chess in the past and I guess I didn't have the patience for it. By receiving awards for your chess playing, this shows that you are really talented in this area. I also love writing and I guess this is a talent although I don't have a book published or anything like that. I would love to publish a book one day! Andrew

When I was a kid I had a talent for drawing. I don't know about it now as I haven't practiced often, but it shows that I still have some of the skills left and all I need to do is nurture them a bit. Another talent I have is photography. This has not been a natural talent; I learned from looking at other people's photographs and judging their merits and applying them to my own picture-taking. I'm currently working on learning the piano. I can play only the basics, but I'm not good enough at playing by ear yet.
