Anyone like the other white meat pork? I love pork and I would like to know some of your favorite pork dishes....I have to say I went to dinner at Emmets in the uSA and I had the rack of pork...It was to die for! However I like a good pork roast I take apple butter and jalopinia peppers with the juice from the jar and make a almost paste with some olive oil and put it over the top and roast for 2-3 hours at 335 degrees it melts in your mouth ...and you dont really taste the peppers they just break down the meat and make it tender...the apple butter and drippings make a dark and tasty gravy if started with a rue. Hope you like mine. please share with me yours...Thanks

Pork is one of my favorite meats. I take boneless porkchops and cook them with peppers, onions and whole tomatoes. I call them Italian porkchops and everybody raves about them. Add a vegetable, mashed potatoes and a salad and you have a dish fit for a king. I also like to take a boneless pork roast and slow cook it in sauerkraut until it falls apart.

Our household loves eating pork! I'll dice it up, and add it to cream of mushroom soup with brocolli and vegetables. Or, I'll get some ribs and make sandwiches. We also like to put pulled pork into the crock pot. There are SO many ways to cook this meat, and a lot of times my youngest thinks we're eating chicken. :-)

We eat a lot of pork, its one of the easiest meats to buy ethically round here. We almost never eat chicken because its hard to get free range kindly raised birds but a lot of farmers raise pigs decently round here so we can get meat we are happy with where we have been able to meet the animals and satisfy ourselves they are well looked after. I like a slow roasted joint of pork, but sometimes we do a jerked pork which is also very nice. We also make our own sausages so we can make them with the seasonings we really like.

I don't mind certain cuts of pork but I am terrified of under cooking it after watching a report about brain worms so mine always ends up a little on the dry side. One nice thing about pork is that you can get incredibly lean cuts. I like to do pork chops or the little butterflied chops in a nice mushroom gravy over brown rice now and then. I also like to have the occasional pork steak on the BBQ and I LOVE pork ribs.

For some years we didn't eat pork -as long as it was labeled as bad for the health. When I knew that was wrong I had a very happy day :) One of my fav dishes is pork loin in green tomato sauce with a lot of fava beans and some potatoes. I don't know if it's a mexican dish or if my grandmother invented it, but I just adore ir :)

We eat alot of pork. I like breaded pork chops or pork steak browned and then baked slowly with mushroom soup on top. We often make pork loin with stuffing or pork ribs. It is a very versatile meat. I use the leftovers to make pork fried rice.

I love pork expecialy now that I am pregnant and can hardly cook because of the smell. I find other meat has a very strong smell but the smell of pork does not bother me at all. I have always loved pork. Pork and cabage goes well for me I wont go into details (just in case I get cravings and its 40 C hot outside not the time to cook or eat right now)

Hi,I like table delicacies. But I am not good at cooking. I only know how to cook the pickled vegetable and plain boiled white meat pork.Boil the plain boiled pork first, then slice. And then, put the spring onions ginger, dried shrimps, pickled vegetable into the pan and stir-fry before stewing and fry for a moment.Add a little dry peppers, put the plain boiled white meat pork, after stewing with the soup-stock and fire for 5 minutes, put bean vermicelli and others doflavoring agent just like sault. This is a Chinese food.
