it it bad not to drink alot of water

I was just wondering if it's bad to drink alot of soda and not to drink alot of water. I mean I drink like 2 or 3 glasses of water once in a while. Is that bad should I be drinking more water. Please give me some advice on this

I don't drink plain water either. I drink soda or diet soda all day long. I do drink iced tea sometimes and I count it as my water. I guess I could count the ice that melts in my soda too right?

I don't think its too bad, you drink more water then me. I need to drink more, but I drink alot of soda and maybe every once in awhile have a water. The drinking of the soda outweights the drinking of water, so I have to change my habits. But if you drink to much soda like I do, you can get sick. Thats why I'm trying to change my habits. Try drinking juices, thats what my brother does, he'll drink water and juices and rarely will he have a soda.

You should definitely drink more water. At least eight glasses a day is what they say. Too much soda is bad for you and doesn't quench your thirst.

Sodas are bad for you. You really should keep your soda consumption to a minimum. One or two sodas a week is about the limit. Even less would be better. There is absolutely no nutrition in sodas. It's all sugar and chemicals. Water is the best drink for your health.

You really should drink more water than you do. Soda contains sugar and that can also put weight on you. It is not healthy to drink too much of it. Besides your body needs to stay hydrated regularly. So drinking more water is the best way to do it.

When you say Soda, i assume you mean stuff like Coke and Pepsi? (Sorry, I'm English!) If so, then obviously it is a good thing to get yourself off. If you like your fruit, you should eat fruit such as watermelon, which is actually somthing like 75% water anyway, and apples and oranges. As I said before, a few posts up, water is very good for you, and you should be drinking about 2 litres per day, When you actually begin drinking that much, it doesnt really seem much, trust me.

You must drink more water, 7-8 glasses of water may be enough for you. You can sick if you drink alot of soda. Ice will be nice in your soda, you could be drunken in a few days.

this is health concern, this can cause dehydration. actually u are already dehydrated but maybe u dont noticed it yet. Drink 8 glasses a day and ur skin will be hydrated, makes ur face look radiant, ur skin glow, less wrinkles.It will also help u in flushing those toxics away. If u really dont drink much of water, try to indulge in fresh fruit juices.
