This night I have trouble sleeping. It happen very rary with me. But, I guss, sometimes it just is. I was lieing and thinking....I wonder how did they solve the problem in old times. The times when there was no TV, Video, DVD or Computer with a internet world. How could they solve the sleeping problem then. I atleast can make the time goe wiht internet and Mylotting.
The sleeping problem says be a huge problem for many people today, and I think this problem always have been, it is jut in our time we actually do reasearche about it.
I see a TV commercial about a woman going to bed, looking like she should go to sleep, but do not. You can see she is counting sheeps, but in her mind she has bills, dishes, and other stuff. And I guess it is this way for many of us in a stressed community as it is today.
I am ok, however I know I really need to sleep I will be att work 07:00 in the morning.

Well, first I don't know how old you are but I am 51 years old and when I was a kid
growing up we didn't have a TV or anything else that you mentioned. We were so tired
by the end of the day that we never had a problem sleeping. We played physically a lot.
We all in the neighbourhood, played together games like hide and seek and tag and
four ball and then when we got a little older we were in things like track and field
and baseball.
Now a days the kids don;t do enough outdoor physical stuff so they don;t get tired.
Not in the same physical way and neither do adults. I am one of the bad adults that
have taken things for granted like the TV and computer that I am not active enough
anymore. But it is so hard to give up all those nice technical things. hehe
Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend,
Have a good mylotting day, Chris

I am 42, and when I was a kid, we had one TV set. There was only two channels. They did stop showing programs about 23:00 in the evenings. And there were no computers. No we have I have no clue how many channels we can choose from. And I have my own computer and my son has his. We actually sit room by room and talk through the computer with each other. Really stupid thinking of it.
The world have really changed, do you not think?
Happy mylotting, thank“s for response.

we spend about one third time sleepiing.sleeping well or not affects the coming days spirit and mood and your performance in the work,so it is very important.sometimes i can't sleep well, then i will choose to watch series tv,and quickly get to sleep.
