No no just for this problem no need to format c drive. If your PC is not infected with any virus just follow my tips. I think it will be ok. If your PC is infected with any virus please clean it at first. Then complete the steps I said in my response.

alright then. if you don't wanna share your knowledge, why would you hang around here. "setup my PC in 2 mins.". those are just words dude. show me some skills, not texts. i solved my own problem. execute this command on your run command line = regsvr32 /i shell32.dll how bout that? one line of command compared to your solution of formatting your PC. that's a big difference isn't. your all words dude.

I agree with the suggestion of MdImranHossain. Delete the Autorun.inf from your drive cause this file is modified by a virus which could be the cause of the problem you encountered. Not all computer troubles should be corrected by re-installing or re-formatting it.

I also agree that to re-install your PC is not necessarily. It always runs into virus problem to me.So,scanning your PC is recommanded.

Maybe MdImranHossain's sugesstion will work. But sometimes these autorun.ini files are prodcuted by virus, and you can not delete them straightly. I recommand you to restart you PC and press F8 to get into the Safe Mode of your OS while it's starting. In the Safe Mode you can delete these autorun.ini files much easier.Additional, to prevent these files coming back again ,please scan your PC to make sure that no virus exists.
