how are you returning to a healthy lifestyle after the holidays?

hi all! the holidays are now over, and we are faced with a challenge of returning to healthy lifestyles. gone are the days of stuffing ourselves with oily foods, fatty foods, junk food and calorie-laden drinks. definitely, these foods have a negative impact on our body, especially if taken in excess. that is why we should start to return to our healthy lifestyles to reduce or even get rid of the negative effects and lose weight. in my case, after 16 days (family reunion) of careless eating and drinking, i am now doing portion moderation, abstaining from junk food, no snacking, always drinking tea and regular 30-minute treadmill walks 2x a day. how about you? how are you returning to a healthy lifestyle after the holidays? thanks and happy mylotting!

back to a healthy and balanced diet, sleep early, exercise regularly, eat fruits and vegetables, limit salt and sugar intake, limit meat and processed food, drink lots of water. since during teh holidays we tend to eat more calories and fats

I think nalance diet & exercise are the only ways return to a healthy lifestyle !!! Of course , we need stop off all unhealthy lifestyle such as eat junk food ,smoke.... we should exercise more . If not ,no only we'll get fat, but we also will facing some health problem too!
