Hey i'm new at Mylot and have a question about the earnings

Hey i have joined mylot and at the start it was just about getting money to use on gaming products but now i've discovered its very interesting and im enjoying myself reading through all the discussions but i do have one questions. How does payment work as in 1 cent for a response and 2 cents for a discussion? Someone please clear this up for me
