Are there days when you feel lethargic and lack energy to do anything?

I find that there is a sort of cycle in life. Sometimes you feel high and sometimes you feel really low. When AI set out for a walk in the evening, sometimes I find that I have to keep dragging myself evry ste3p of the way and on other days I feel so energetic that I feel like running and walking really fast. Why are there such cycles of energy??

I think this energy cycle is part of the overall cycle of life. Just like a wheel, we find ourselves up and down from time to time. I guess it's normal. I'm sure everybody feels this way. Just yesterday, I felt like I can't go on with my online stuff anymore, that I lack the energy and that it would take a great effort for me to even "digest" the discussions that I am reading. But tonight, I feel so alive and kicking, I wanna respond to every discussion I come across with!

I think the cycles give our bodies a chance to recuperate. If we are always energetic then we may not give our bodies any rest because we feel we have the energy to do things non-stop. The cycle is called biorhythm. Many people talk about three cycles. The are physical, intellectual, and emotional. The fourth added later on is intuitive. The first three are interconnected. When all three coincide at the lowest point, that is the day we usually feel nothing goes right for us. All cycles start from zero the moment we are born. The physical cycle is every 23 days. The emotional every 28 days. Intellectual is every 33 days. Intuitive is every 38 days. I have one program downloaded from WhiteStranger. It has many features. Have it downloaded and find out for yourself. Today my emotional cycle is on its way down. It is not a prediction of fate, more of an indication on what to expect. all the best in your present and future endevours, rosdimy
