How to make yourself fall into sleep?

If you still wake up at 2:00a.m., what would you like to do? How to make yourself fall into sleep? Reading, listening to the radio, counting sheep or some other ways?

well if you really want to sleep then i will suggest you to drink a glass of milk , hot milk , boil the milk and add a small amount of sugar and drink it and after half an hour you will fell asleep , if not then think about sleep again and again and ultimately you will fell asleep , usually because of tensions one is unable to sleep and to get rid from tensions do hair massage with oil and then go to bed and close your eyes , after half an hour you will urself sleep

The problem with counting sheep is that they all tend to merge together into one big mass of whiteness, unless of course that you imagine some of the imaginary sheep have been rolling round in the mud, or some have different coloured ear tags attached. Probably you may find it more beneficial to acutally try and count goats before sleeping.

I usually keep awake watching TV or play PC games at 2:00am. If i cann't not fall into sleep. I usually read books, especially boring books. That works quickly to me. I think everybody has to have his own suitable way to fall asleep. Or he will hardly to work in best condition.

It would be difficult to make us fall into sleep, unless you do meditation and I prefer breating meditation. In this, you just inhale as well as exhale in a relaxed state of mind. Relaxation is very important here. You ahve to focus on the breath that flows in and out of the nostrils. then very soon, one may fall asleep.

Sounds a bit silly but counting sheep works for me, that always send me off to sleep. I also find that if I read as well this can make me sleepy too.
