Which do you prefer? a plain mom or a working mom?

iam a mother of 2 lovely boys, i used to work in my entire life since i was young because iam a working students way back then.. and now i have two children and of course i have to work hard for them, then just this year my elder sister told me to stop working and stay at home and take good care of my children,, at first i dont like the idea because i dont want to be her burden for supporting us, shes the one sending them to school, i mean financially.. so i just obeyed her, and at first i was like a brat, or let me say hmmm.. i dont like it.. i cant make it anymore, staying at home all day long. woke up early, fix their things, cook food, and all the chores at home.. and i think i will be insane if i will not get to work again.. but on the other hand, i should be thankful of her because shes the one who supports us.. and as a mother i have to take good care of my children... as months goes by,,, im used to it already.. and iam happy taking care of them.. and here iam now, surfing on net,i do blogging, and myLot of course,, thanks a lot to myLot.. :D
so what about you? to all mom's out there?

I want to be the working mom. Being a working mom doesn't mean you would neglect your children, because there are lots of work you can do as a mom. I want to be the stay at home mom, but i don't want to be a housewife. I don't think it would suit me best, because I can't cook, I don't do laundry and I don't like cleaning up things. I would rather be the working at home mom, so I could still earn money to pay the maid to do all the stuffs I couldn't do, buy the food outside and take care of my children as well (because I am at home).

LOL Carrine. I think it is nice for you to be able to enjoy your life as a mother. But I still that it is important for me to be able to do something for myself, like makin money from home. I know that it sounds a little bit selfish, but I do really want to work at home even though I have become a mother. I mean, by doing this, making money online, I believe it is something you would be able to do to make some financial input for yourself, at least. Take it as a part time job you can do from home. It would make you appreciate yourself better than doing nothing

hahahhaa.... iam like that before also, we have the same views in life, however! time changed as time goes by, sometimes our plans in life will not come true, because there's a lot of changes happens in our lives day by day, we used to set our minds, and it leads to disappointment if we dont reach our plans, goals, and dreams... so now, ive learned a lot thru my experiences in life..
so whatever you do in life it wont matter, as long as you are happy and the one you love are happy too... thats the meaning of LIFE and motherhood.

Hi carrine, well I'm not yet a mom, so I hope you don't mind me answering here.
Me and my boyfriend were talking about that, if ever we get married and have kids, he prefer that I stay at home and take care of the kids. So, for someone, whose like always out of the house...I felt kinda bummed about it. But he is right, I should take care of our children especially during their childhood days. I know that its gonna be a big change, but, hey, I am ready to sacrifice anything for my family.
So I do understand how you feel, its like...a big change when from a working mom, you become a plain mom. But think about it positively, you get to be with your children and spend time with them.
