Is any one downloaded spyware doctor from google pack?

I just want to know is spyware doctor from google pack is advisable to download.If i download this ,Is it affect my anti-virus ,Is it useful to download this software?I have google earth ,skype ,google chrome ,real player from google pack .And what is meant by picasa in google pack .

I have something called Spyware Doctor, but I got it off downloads.com. So I am not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but I know that it picks up and deletes stuff that adaware will not find. I don't leave it enabled. I just enable it and run it when I need to.
