When do you start a new journal?

For those of you who keep a journal, when do you start a new one? Do you wait until your current journal is full? Do you start a new one on the first day of each year, even if your current one isn't full? Do you start new journals each time you grow tired of your current journal?

I just start a new one when my pages run out of I find a cute one to buy that I just can not do without. I have several that are unfinished and some that are finished.
