Do you use ems often?

I was very very very upset yesterday. one of my customer who post a package to me from autralia to China. i wonder i got an email from my customer said,i've checked online it says the package has arrived.have you got my package yet? god~~~~ I had not received anything from ems.I go on ems website and check with the tracking number...oh..yes it says the package already arrived and someone how has signed it.and the guy who signed for the package his family name is same as mine. I called up ems try to get to know what was wrong..i did not received the package,but it says the package someone had signed it. spent almost a half day,,and i called up more than 10 phone calls....i got to know that their post man who made a wrong delievry address.god~~~~ however i got back the package and i emailed to my customer,everything goes well now..... do you guys have those happen before with the express?
