I visited the Size of Paper site yesterday and today I get an email!

I didn't sign up, I just looked around to see what it was about. How did they get my email? It's no big deal but it creeps me out a little that I could visit a place and they know my email! Has this ever happened to you? Geez, I feel like I'm being spied on!

You could have been referred by someone. However, looking at the sizeofpaper website and the code they send out, there's no way this could have just "happened." You had to have caused this to happen somehow or a friend referred you.

Are you sure that you have not registered on their site? It sounds weird. Maybe cookies managed to steal your informaton regarding your identity? I don't know what to say.

Oh, this is funny--I double posted today, too! 
No I didn't register because it didn't sound as if it was something I wanted to invest my time in. I have no illusions of privacy on the internet but it's odd that they would email me.
