We pay about 800 dollars per school year for tuition so our school tries not to ask us for much in return. I still like to do those things for her though. They have a trip to the pumpkin patch, we supply their school supplies and kleenex and papertowels for the year and bring snacks and drinks for the holiday parties but that's about it. Unless they have another field trip, then I volunteer to drive or choffur(sp?). It does get a little costly I guess but I really enjoy it so we just either work it into our budget or my husband's parents help us with it a little.

Well, the only times my schools would ask for money really was once a year for the PTO and then when we went on a class field trip. I always went to public school. What kind of school is that she's going to?
