Hi My tv watching mylotters, I an enthralled, and facinated with forensics, I watch shows like NCIS, CSI, but the shows I really like are the true life forensic shows; like FORENSIC FILES, COLD CASE FILES, THE FIRST 48, THE NEW DETECTIVES and DOMINICK DUNNE: POWER, PRIVILEDGE, AND JUSTICE.

I enjoy forensics programs, but I do have a difficult time watching them sometimes. CSI is good, but they often stretch the truth of what technology can really do. I have read books on forensic pathology, and knowing what can and can't be done is interesting, but it can take the joy out of watching some of them. I find I enjoy the "reality" forensics programs more than shows such as CSI.

Hi StephyJ_83, like you I enjoy the true life forensic programs to the tv shows. I must not have worded my discussion properly, because everyone is talking about the tv shows, like csi, ncis etc. not the "reality forensics shows" that I mentioned.

YES! I LOVE CSI. Whether its miami, ny, or crime scene investigators. I love all of them! I always try to guess who did it or what's going to happen next! I love being wrong (the ONLY time I am) lol because I get so surprised!

i also like CSI (Miami and Vegas only), i watch Cold Case sometimes never really home when it's on so i rarely watch it but i also like the show called
F2: Forensic Factor (it's a true forensic show about crimes that have actually happened in Canada) very interesting..they go a little more in depth.

Hi cndn420, I prefer true forensic shows to the one that aren't. We don't get the F2:Forensic Factor, here. It intrigues me that one hair, one drop of blood, etc. can change make all the difference. And Cold Cases, wow how years later they can solve a crime that they couldn't before, because the technology wasn't available at the time and now it is. Happy Posting! You missed Extreme Forensics
If you watched CSI Miami this week, they had a guy with amnesia that they placed this cap with 256 sensors on him to track whether he was experiencing a memory or not when they showed him photographs. Turns out that cap is real and was developed her in my neck of the northwest.
