if you really want to use your cousin's credit or debit card, why don't you just create a new paypal under your cousin's name and profile. just ask your cousin if he/she is willing to do that for you.

Hi Invoker, welcome to mylot. Well, that is not allowed. You need to use your own credit card, meaning the credit card is same as information you had in your paypal. Just an advice, If you have unionbank near you, apply for Cyber account EON card for only P350 annual fee, bring 2 valid ID's and apply for this card. After 1 week you can claim you card and you can pay for p350 annual fee, and at least deposit an amount of P200,why? So If you will link this card in your paypal they will debit you around $2 but it is refundable after they will verified that the information you have in your paypal and eon card is the same, they will bring back the $2 and automatically you will get verified and now you can transfer your funds in you eon card for only P50. Hi, As far as I know, you can only use a card under your name because PayPal or Alertpay will verify the card from the local bank here. Just to make sure, you can send or ask your concern to the customer service of PayPal.
