how can a person be successful in life without knowledge?

so how can a person be successful in life without knowledge? does everything end when you didnt even know how to read and write? ..my uncle didnt finished his studies but i can see that he's trying so hard "just" to be hired in a work even if he's just a janitor. he is really nice and very industrious, but i think it's not worth. and he even had girlfriends but all of 'em left him because he told the truth, and now, he had another one and they're.. um.. i guess almost two years, because he didnt said his situations about it. the girl wanted to marry her, but how? he dont have work. that's why he said, he'll just die - lost, and miserable.

Even you have knowledge if you don't have hope, faith, trust, confidence, courage and determinations in self or in life -- having or doing or attaining success is worthless or useless....

One can always try to improve oneself and it makes no difference how old one is if one really wants to improve. I know of many success stories about janitors but they had the driving ambition to succeed. Cheers!!

it's always not too late for one who had a dream and wants to acheive what he want.one can be successful in life without some certain knoledge,not everything can be learned from books,the experience is also important and if he want,he can start to learn to read and write,if he wants the talents eagerly,he will improve quickly

I think, if you really want to achieve something and it is within your control then you can have it. Even though your uncle wasn't able to finish his studies, he can still succeed. But he must know how to read and write. That's basic. I have a friend who worked as a security guard and at the same time went schooling. He is now an electrical engineer and successful in his life. Be inspired!
