I have tried to contact some web developers. But after some initial discussion, most don't answer me back. Maybe they are unable to complete my needs. Is there still anyone left with whom I can start on a good, healthy and positive note?

What are you trying to do? Maybe you don't ask the right question to the right person? First you need to know exactly what you want to achieve and search from there. Hope this help you.
