How can you stay healthy long time in your life?

I can take good health diet and exercises and meditation,yoga so for these i can overcome easily any kind of diseases and i won't get any kind of diseases and i have been doing more than four years so i became healthest person so you suggest me something about health.

Hi Dasari100! That is so great! I am glad to know that you are very healthy and is living a healthy life. I agree that meditation and yoga is very good to fight stress and helps you relax physically and mentally too (that is what I have learned from a friend who does yoga). The only thing I can think of right now is to eat organically grown vegetables and fruits. Chemically grown vegetables are not good for the body. Take care and have a nice day! lovelots..faith210

Hello, yes having a good health and proper diet makes someone healthier, Me I seldom have strenous exercise, all I do is my lazy exercise, the contruction of stomach. I also never miss my slanting yoga board which I do 30 minutes a day. All I do is just lay flat at the yoga slanting board where my head is below and my feet above laying flat not going against the gravitational force, at this position, I don't make strenous exercise but laying and doing the inhaling and exhaling at my board, contracting, makes me to have a very firm, stomach, allow my blood to circulate, and lift my face and making my muscle firm. It is also so relaxing, and it release tensions too. I think I would highly recommend the beauty slanting board I call it to those who what to be trim too, easily.

You should be leading a healthy life if a lifestyle devoid of oily ,rich and spicy food.You should develop good eating habits and to maintain a robust condition proper exercises also should be undertaken.

I think you have already done a lot about health. However, the most important thng is to maintain our mental healthy, too. To read some useful books, listeng to others, make some nice friends, and take more time to have conversations with your families.
