are your teeth healthy?

My teeth are far from healthy. I have taken very good care of them all of my life, but bad teeth run in my family and I have them. Unfortunately for me, I don't have many left and the ones that I do have are in bad shape. At the moment there isn't anything I can do but try to save money and get them fixed. But it is a slow process and I have to just deal with it.

you brush your teeth 3 times a day.. which means after eating, you brush your teeth.. and eat fruits as well... and visit your dentist for cleaning every 6 months...
